Betsy Head 05/02/1954 - 08/04/2025
Betsy Kirk Head, age 71, passed away on Monday August 4, 2025, in Maryville TN, unexpectedly but peacefully at home. She graduated from South Doyle High School and was a Homemaker most of her Life. She was a devoted Wife, Mother, and YaYa. She was always known for her big heart, funny imagination and her love for Squirrels. AKA (Theodore) She always had a big smile, and very Sassy. She loved to make jewelry and binge watch I Love Lucy, and Blue Birds Over and Over. She also enjoyed writing and making jewelry. She was proceeded in death by Father William Kirk; Mother Betty Lynn Kirk; Survived by husband Jack Head of 25 years, Daughters Renee (Mariah), Jennifer (Ray). Grandchildren; Tori, Terrell, Alexis, Camera, Alec, Jaxson, Ariana, Eth, Makaela, Devon; 11 great grandchildren; and many other beloved Family members and Friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday August 8, 2025 from 5:00PM-7:00PM at Blount Funeral and Cremation. There will be a private graveside service. In Lieu of flowers, they may be sent to Blount Funeral and Cremation.
