Jason Lee Swaney 03/04/1977 - 08/22/2026

Jason Lee Swaney, 49, of Greenback, TN passed away Saturday, August 22, 2026, at Vanderbilt Hospital after an almost 7 year battle with colon cancer.

Jason loved his family with every fiber of his being. He loved listening to music, playing games, watching sports, and had a true passion for working on cars.

He is preceded in death by his mother Gail (George) Whitehead, father Elmer Swaney, and his sister Jennifer Swaney. He is survived by fiance Jessica Presnell, daughter Jaslyn Swaney, brother Dustin Swaney, and sister Chloe Hutsell. He also leaves behind close uncles Joe (Susan) Swaney and Ben (Jennifer) Swaney along with several additional uncles, aunts, and cousins.

Services will be at Blount Funeral and Cremation on Monday, August 31, 2026 at 2:00pm, 2730 US HWY 411 S Maryville, TN 37801.
