Ralph Charles “Chuck” Ogle, Jr. 03/26/1957 - 07/21/2025
Ralph Charles “Chuck” Ogle, Jr., 68, of Maryville passed away peacefully at Parkwest Medical Center on Monday, July 21, 2025. Chuck passed away from complications from a recent cancer diagnosis. He was born on March 26, 1957 in Maryville, TN.
Chuck graduated from Alcoa High School where he was a member of the basketball team. He continued playing basketball at Walters State Community College and Emory and Henry College, where he graduated in 1981. Chuck, along with his father Ralph, was a long-time owner of Ogle’s Auto Center. He served as a deacon at the Maryville Church of Christ. He coached and umpired at Maryville Little League for many years. Later, he helped coached the Lady Elite traveling softball team. Chuck enjoyed golfing, classic tv shows, Hallmark Christmas movies and attending UT sporting events.
He was preceded in death by this parents Ralph and Margery Ogle Sr. and his special aunt, Joan Ellis.
He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Tyrie Shields Ogle. Daughter, Paige Ogle. Son, Todd (Kari) Ogle of Tulsa, OK. Grandchildren, Parker and Skye Ogle of Tulsa, OK. Sister, Cheryl (Rocky) Williams. Mother-in-law, Jackie Shields. Brother-in-law, Tony (Debbie) Shields. Nephew, Chris (Lauren) Shields, and children Sam, Silas and Ellie. Nephew, Nic (Taylor) Shields, and children Charlie, Lucy and Rory. Niece, Ranetta Ogle (Myron), and children Tykee and Nevaeh. Nephew, Anthony Jackson, and son Cruz. Niece, Jazzmine (Ryan) Kinte, and children JaKyree and Lyric. Furbabies, Brin and Blu. Several uncles, aunts and cousins. Special friends, Leigh Ann Sparks and Jerry and Brenda Dean. Long-time friend, Randy Boring. Friends at Coulter Florists.

A service will be held at Grandview Pavilion on Saturday, August 2, 2025, at 3:00 PM. All are welcome to attend. Following the service, the family will receive friends and celebrate Chuck’s life at the Maryville Church of Christ fellowship hall from 4:30PM to 6:30PM.
